Mermaid Beauty~Sun Protection Duo~ for Face!
I’m so so excited about this new Face Cream with sun protection!
From it’s ultra creamy consistency, light and gorgeous tropical aroma, it’s ability to truly regenerate skin cells and boost collagen, while protecting skin ~safely~ from the sun while minimizing pores... and let’s not forget my favourite part... the COLOUR!!! Colour therapy is REAL my friends and I try to incorporate this into my potions in natural ways as much as I possibly can!
This new Cream is like Sunbeam but more hydrating and nourishing. Great for all skin types. Gentle enough for pregnancy and sensitive skin types. It is loaded with mango butter and features tropical oils of brightening and collagen promoting hibiscus seed, deeply restorative kukui nut, pore refining Frangipani, and nourishing Monoi de Tahiti...raspberry seed and rice bran have been included for their natural UV protection abilities.. but the addition of zinc is the ultra sun shield. Zinc oxide is also great for calming skin inflammations and helps with acne as well! The carrier oils have been infused with skin loving hibiscus flowers, elderflower, rose petals, calendula, horsetail, and Gotu Kola. Essential oils of blue tansy, Sandalwood, Bergamot, and pink lotus are swirled about as well! It’s heaven for your face! So you can ‘Mermaid’ all summer without worry!
And of course the new Mermaid Beauty Face Cream has a new Mermaid Sun protect serum to go with it! With oils of pore refining strawberry seed, acne fighting guava, regenerating cherry kernel, nourishing Monoi de Tahiti, nutrient rich Sea buckthorn, and loads of sun protecting and antioxidant rich red raspberry seed oil! Red raspberry seed oil is known to have a natural spf of 30-40! Just a few drops of this serum instantly turns skin to silk!
It contains the freshest and most AMAZING carrier oils, sustainably sourced from a small organic supplier who specializes in creating the most nutrient rich oils. I have never found better or more high vibe oils anywhere! Usually the carrier oils simply smell like oil... whereas esssntial oils have a strong scent... but in this case the carrier oils actually smell like the fruit they come from! For example, the watermelon seed oil smells like watermelon, the apple seed like apples, the strawberry seed, like fresh strawberries. It truly makes my heart and skin sing!!!
I like to press the serum into clean skin and then once it is completely absorbed, I follow up with the Mermaid Face Cream! Enjoy beauties!!! And remember to still play it safe in the sun!

Hibiscus Oil contains 74.5 % of natural Vitamin E, called γ-tocophérol, which heals scars and regenerates skin tissue.
It has a very high percentage of naturally-occurring iodine at 82 percent, which gives Hibiscus Oil its power to heal and fade scars and fight harmful bacteria that lead to breakouts.
Hibiscus Oil is a natural source of alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs). Chemical forms of these acids can be too harsh to the skin, but the AHAs found in hibiscus, can help exfoliate, without any harshness.
The saponins in Hibiscus Oil, additionally aid the shedding of dead skin cells.
In fact, it is the opposite of drying, because, being a natural product, it promotes fresher, younger, and smoother looking skin, while increasing moisture and firmness, due to its high mucilage content.
Hibiscus Oil, rich in fatty acids, improves the level of skin moisture, decreases fine lines, improves elasticity, and helps skin to regenerate.

FRANGIPANI ESSENTIAL OIL:
Frangipani has a rich source of lignin, which is an organic polymer that binds cells together and provides structure... this means it can keep skin both firm and supple at the same time.
Frangipani oil is also a growth stimulant and has antibacterial properties as well as antioxidants. Benzoic acid is one such potent antioxidant. It helps to heal damaged tissue that has occurred from chronic skin conditions. This versatile acid may even have anti-cancer properties.
The plumeria flower also contains glycosides which support the production of collagen – an important component of the skin’s connective tissue. Glycosides are often used in skincare preparations as they help promote the absorption of other ingredients. They even serve to hydrate the skin thanks to their unique ability to bond to water molecules.
WATERMELON SEED OIL:
This gorgeous Oil has been pressed from Watermelon seeds without heat which preserves all the nutrients. It gently detoxes skin, balances oil production, and smoothes fine lines and wrinkles, as it is packed with sterols and phenols, which also alleviate acne & dermatitis
RED RASPBERRY SEED OIL:
Raspberry seed is such a special oil as it contains a natural spf of 40... I don’t like to rely on JUST oils for sun care... this is why I always add zinc oxide to my sun care which literally BLOCKS out damaging UV rays, but raspberry seed oil boosts the protection that is already there. It’s a booster!
