And when it comes to sunscreen, non-nano zinc oxide mineral sunscreen is the only way to go! I boost the sunscreen power with antioxidant rich UV protecting raspberry seed and carrot seed oils! Rice bran, Shea butter and coconut oils also help to harmonize the sun rays while deeply nourishing and moisturizing skin!

 I could give you a long list about why I personally would never ever wear conventional sunscreen… but I trust that those that wanna know, know by now. It’s no good. And there are healthy alternatives for your skin, spirit and your environment (always think about the effect of the waters when using toxic products… not good) … such as using a physical mineral sunscreen with zinc and botanicals that help harmonize your skin with the sun. ☀️ Wear light white cotton/hemp/linen clothing when the sun is the highest and take a few minutes a day to expose your skin in the high sun and work on your base tan. ☀️ Seek shade in high sun. ☀️ Wear a hat. ☀️ Sun gaze during the hour after sunrise and the hour before sunset. ☀️ Expose as much skin as possible not the early morning sun for as long as possible (between sunrise and 10am…)☀️Don’t wear sunglasses. You’ll burn faster. Your eyes need that full spectrum of light and your body will produce natural chemicals to help protect your skin. ☀️ Eat the rainbow. Eating colourful fruits and veggies and drinking chlorophyll rich drinks will also help protect your skin from the inside out and keep you hydrated as fruit is made up of structured water and the best way to hydrate.
